The course concentrates on engineering of organizational processes and systems.
The focus is on fundamental redesign of strategic and value-adding business processes.
Organizations are modeled as systems in order to gain insight into their structure, processes
and performance. This knowledge is used in engineering more effective organizations and
information sytems to provide value- added support for organizational evolution .

Objectives: The end result of reengineering initiatives is the creation of a sense and respond
